Clare Wainwright - Principal Lawyer

Clare Wainwright is a recognised Lawyer in Commercial Law, Property Law and Wills and Estates and has been working in this area since 2010. Over the years, being the go-to voice in the community, she has acted on countless legal matters. Clare is known for her masterful dealings with disputes and draws from her psychology degree in navigating the complexities associated with this. Her work is consistently characterized by smooth and streamlined exchanges with clients, ensuring that issues are handled comprehensively under a stress-free process. Carrying her legal knowledge beyond her day-to-day practice, Clare publishes informative online articles in hope of providing legal insight to those in need. In her down time, Clare can be found taking a breezy jog around the beautiful Northern Beaches or enjoying the ski fields in winter. She is also a Commissioned Officer in the Australian Army Reserves and participates as a volunteer for Beyond Blue.

Georgie McDonald - Lawyer

Georgie is a Lawyer at Wainwright Legal, and is currently admitted to the NSW Supreme Court and High Court of Australia. She is passionate about Commercial and Business Law and pays meticulous attention to detail. Georgie is well-versed in assisting her clients through all commercial transactions to ensure the process is smooth and effortless. She also holds a keen interest in Criminal Law and navigating fair outcomes for her clients. In her free time, Georgie enjoys spending her weekends taking care of her beautiful Doberman.

Keely Allsop - Senior Paralegal & Justice of the Peace

Keely is currently studying a Bachelor of Business and Law at the University of Technology Sydney and working as a Senior Paralegal and qualified Justice of Peace at Wainwright Legal. Keely is enthused with the property market and enjoys resolving intricate relations arising from property disputes. She also loves the complexities associated with Wills and Estates and Estate Planning. In her spare time, you will find her doing some laps at the local pool or adventuring across the Northern Beaches on the search for a fun beach day with the company of friends.

Olivia Maietta - Paralegal

Olivia is studying a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws at the University of Sydney, while working as a Paralegal at Wainwright Legal. She is particularly fascinated by real estate, channelling this enjoyment into conveyancing, while her interest in psychology and literary analysis lends well to the complexity of commercial matters. In her free time, Olivia enjoys outdoor adventures in search of the best swimming spots, as well as biking and cooking with her friends and family.

Baxter - Office Manager

Baxter is the center of our team at Wainwright Legal. He visits every few weeks to bring renewed energy to the office space. He is never afraid to adamantly voice his own opinion. Being exceptionally passionate about legal matters, Baxter actively showcases his finest sense of justice by being involved in our discussions. He likes to start off his day with a nice morning walk with our Principal Clare, and enjoys an occasional naughty snack.

Beanie - Assistant Office Manager

Beanie is the assistant to our office manager, Baxter. Although Beanie is a junior, she is happily learning the ropes from Bax. She enjoys napping on the job and demanding pats from anyone that comes to the office.
